Roast duck marinated in oranges and apples on a bed of crispy potato with a cherry wine sauce
Dedham vale rib eye  steak with hand cut chips, rocket & homemade tomato ketchup 
Fillet of Loch Duart salmon, herb crushed potatoes, green beans with a tomato & chive cream
Marinated breast of Suffolk Haughley Farm chicken, dauphannoise potatoes, sprouting broccoli, wild mushroom sauce
Filet of bream, with a spring stew of new potatoes
Ham wrapped pork loin with sukertash (creamed white bean, sweetcorn & bacon stew ) & seasonal greens
Beer battered cod fillet, hand cut chips, watercress, lemon served with tartare
Warm tart of butternut squash, red onion & Tallegio cheese with red pepper dressing & rocket
Coddle of smokde haddock, creamy potato, spinach, herbs and Suffolk gold cheese with piquant salad
